EMF Mitigation and What You Need to Know, Point #1: EMF isn’t all bad, but one type of it has drastically negative effects on your health.
Now, EMF mitigation is a topic that's near and dear to my heart as I've had firsthand experience of the declining health effects that come along with all our fancy modern gadgets that connect us into the Internet and all the social media platforms that go along with that. Before I share my story, however, I want to briefly talk about what EMF is for those of you new to this topic.
There are two types of EMF and not all EMF are harmful. The first EMF that I'm going to talk with you about is a nature-based EMF. These are very health-giving, health-supportive, and there are a few different nature based EMF sources. One of those is sunlight, and it stimulates really important and necessary physiological processes in our body.
But there’s another type of EMF that isn't so supportive of our health: non-native or man-made EMF or alien frequencies. They stem from our modern tech devices, from Wi-Fi to computers to cell phone towers. And we often dismiss or fail to consider the negative health effects that non-native EMF have because we cannot see their impact or their frequencies with the human eye. However, many of the most common and sometimes hard to pinpoint symptoms that people have today and struggle with on a daily basis can be traced back to excessive and unhealthy EMF exposure. And while I don't want to downplay the benefits of those devices or our access to modern technology, they bring some very heavy negative health side effects.

EMF Mitigation and What You Need to Know, Point #2: What everyone can learn from my story with EMF side effects.
I'm going to share my story with you here, because I think it will help those of you new to EMF start to wonder and bring more attention to your own EMF exposure and how it might be impacting your health and not so great ways. So about nine years ago, I went from working outside, doing a lot of landscaping work to starting my own online business. As a result, I went from spending the bulk of my time outside, trimming trees, pulling weeds, planting tomatoes and pruning fruit trees to basically sitting at my computer, creating my website, posting on social media and taking client calls on my cell phone. So you could say that my non-native EMF exposure skyrocketed.
But two months into the building of my own online business, I started to notice some new health shifts and concerns. My energy levels dropped. My sleep was disturbed, often to the point of insomnia. I felt really anxious a lot of the time, and I also started to gain weight, even though I was eating a healthy diet and exercising regularly.
So when these health shifts started to creep in, I was totally confused. And I stayed confused and struggling for two years until I started to learn about EMF. That’s when I started to implement all the EMF mitigation strategies and techniques that I knew of so I could continue to run the online healing business I was super passionate about while also supporting my health. And within one month of implementing practices around EMF mitigation, I was sleeping like a baby. And within two months, my anxiety was gone. My migraines subsided. My energy levels were back on track. And after about two and a half months, I was back down to a healthy weight.
But here's the thing: people have side effects from EMF. every single day and they don't know it, just like I had no idea about it. And our scientific and medical communities, they don't acknowledge that this is a real health threat and aren’t educated on EMF and EMF mitigation.

EMF Mitigation and What You Need to Know, Point #3: Make sure you’re aware of how EMF could be negatively affecting you and your family.
When somebody comes to me with a symptom pattern, I always assume that there are EMF toxicities at play. And once I teach my clients how to mitigate their EMF exposure, they get better over eighty-five percent of the time.
When people don't make a 100 percent recovery, then we add in other aspects such as sunlight and detox protocols and diet changes and so forth. But my number one strategy for people is to mitigate our EMF first because that’s often the root of our health issues.
So what are some other symptoms of EMF toxicity you can look out for? Here’s a list, and keep in mind that even if you only have one or two of these symptoms, it’s still very helpful to start EMF mitigation.
- Insomnia disturbs sleep
- Anxiety
- Depression
- Nosebleeds or bleeding issues
- Heart palpitations
- Low energy
- Disrupted hormones
- Cancer
- Infertility
- Poor digestion
- Migraines and headaches
- Vertigo
- Tinnitus, which is ringing in the ears
- Weakened or depressed immunity.
The symptoms listed above tend to be some of the most common EMF toxicity side effects, but that certainly isn’t an extensive list. Many of these symptoms are considered not pressing or urgent, so people tend to learn how to live with these symptoms and or they go from doctor to doctor searching for answers. If you're one of these people, I would invite you to take a look at your EMF environment and ask yourself questions like:
- Are you exposed to Wi-Fi daily? If yes, is it for a few hours per day? Several hours? Is your Wi-Fi box on 24 hours a day?
- Do you use your cell phone? Do you hold it up to your ear? Do you carry it in your pocket or on your body or in your bra? Do you hold it in your hand to text or send emails or do your social media posting?
These are things to consider and keep in mind, because all of those things will exponentially increase your exposure to EMF and the negative health effects that come with it.

EMF Mitigation and What You Need to Know, Point #4: How to start mitigating your EMF exposure.
So what can you do to start lowering your EMF exposure? One of the most important things is to turn your bedroom into an EMF-free zone because you don’t want those non-native EMF pulsating through your bedroom when you're trying to sleep at night. Sleep is when melatonin is released and your cells start to heal, and this is a necessary process for health that allows you to feel rejuvenated and energized in the morning. It also helps prevent chronic diseases like Alzheimer's and cancer and type two diabetes. So it's really important to have your bedroom be super low in non-native EMF so your body can actually heal when you sleep.
Instead of Wi-Fi, you can also connect your computers to a hard source. After all, it’s this wireless connection that really causes a lot of negative health issues.
The Bottom Line of EMF Mitigation and What You Need to Know
EMF is often a factor we don’t consider when it comes to our health, but learning how to mitigate your EMF exposure is key to achieving your health goals. And because the environment we live in today is constantly growing and “evolving” when it comes to the amount of EMF we're exposed to, this problem isn't just going away. It's here to stay at least for a good long while. And it's been in place for a good long while.
The important thing to know and what I wish that I had known before starting my own online business is that you can still be connected while mitigating your EMF. And there is a bonus side effect: along the way, you preserve the most important aspect of your life, which is your health. If I continued to run my online business without exploring or learning about EMF, then I wouldn't be about to serve people as long and as effectively as possible. And the same can be said of how you and your business serve others.
