How to Heal Physically and Emotionally: A Client's Journey with Linda Hill and Jen Antill
Today, I have two very special guests on the episode. I have my partner, Jen Antill, as well as a client of both of ours, Linda Hill. In episode 33 of the Primal Pioneer, we are going to share a client’s journey and perspective with you all. Linda has worked with both Jen and me, she has experienced both physical and emotional aspects of healing. We will dive into her experience and how her healing journey has been going.

How to Heal, Point #1: Linda shares how she got started working with both Jen and me.
Linda felt as if she needed a bit more help when it came to her health. She wants her next 30 years to be awesome and she knew she had to raise the bar for herself. She was doing work on her own but she knew she had to reach out for more help. I was eventually referred to Linda, so she started reaching out and working with me. Later on, I mentioned Jen to Linda and she was intrigued by Jen’s work on the emotional level. For her, both things have worked tremendously well.
For quite a while, Linda’s intuition was telling her something was off. However, nobody wanted to address it for her. Linda got rid of certain foods she knew weren’t healthy for her as she got older. She knew she wanted her immune system to be robust and carry her through to 100 years. She figures, mentally and physically, there’s no reason she can’t achieve that level of health. Now, Linda is beginning to honor her own knowledge because she always assumed someone else should know better. She doesn’t like taking medications, they never made her feel better in the end. She doesn’t believe that just because you’re aging means your health should decline.

How to Heal, Point #2: Linda shares her insight on working with Jen on the emotional side of healing.
Overall, Linda feels that she’s been able to access deep-rooted things within her she never expected. She finds it so calming and personable as Jen is in her living room having these conversations and asking Linda some tough questions. Jen has led her through the process, the struggles and issues within Linda have been carried around for a lifetime. Without this help from Jen, Linda would’ve never known what shifts and adjustments were needed to heal. Linda has had a great experience talking to Jen with undivided attention to address her emotional needs.
Jen shares the willingness of Linda to be diving into all of this and unearth patterns that have been with her entire life are amazing. To heal and move forward, you have to be willing to open up and have those tough conversations. Jen feels that this is time that’s supposed to be undivided and fully focused on whatever the client brings to the session. With Linda, the attention and relationship itself are incredibly healing. When we get someone else’s attention that is so rare, it's like your heart melts into it.

How to Heal, Point #3: After implementing homeopathy with Linda, she noticed deep physical and emotional shifts happening.
For me, an interesting thing I recall was when we added in homeopathy for Linda. It seemed like when Linda got that first initial remedy, there was an emotional shift occurring around the way she approached food. Even though it’s a physical medicine we take, it has a unique ability to make these deep physical and emotional shifts in the body. Personally, that stood out to me in regards to how the emotion has started to shift. Linda couldn’t believe the shift that made, a lifelong worry about when she was going to eat next had suddenly dissipated. After this, food didn’t have such a big influence on her.
Sometimes the best healing and transformation are the ones you can’t put into words. Linda had no understanding as to why she was having these shifts but it was putting her at a loss for words. She figured that by doing work with me, something more physical would help and not mental. The food approach was all mental for her. By working with Jen and bringing more attention to the emotions and her body in that sense, this opened the door for that remedy to act in a deeper way. By this point, Linda had a solid foundation after doing a lot of emotional work. Some people have emotional blocks and it could take a long time of working to move that.

With over 12 years experience as an alternative healer, integrative health coach and one who has been through severe physical injury trying every remedy under the sun to heal myself with no avail…I’m here to tell you, all of those things are not only attainable but are foundational to achieving optimal health and are core elements to overcoming all chronic and stubborn diseases.
At the age of 23 I suffered a TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury) preventing me from the ability to engage in physical activity for over 12 years post my car accident. Today, I know I could have recovered from this injury much quicker if I had known then what I know now! But….the accident lead me down the healing path. A path that I was destined to take to help myself heal and to learn how to help others heal complicated and chronic disorders as well.
During this time, I learned two things: How to harness the healing power of sunlight and how to utilize frequency based medicine to facilitate biological transformations in the body - all the way down to the mitochondrial level.
Today, I lead an active life and you can bet I’m uber passionate about teaching others how they can overcome even the most daunting health experiences that most medical professionals have band-aid solutions for, at best.

And today, my health continues to improve each day and I now lead an active, healthy lifestyle - all of which I thought would never be possible to achieve again. All it took was discovering the most effective path to health and healing to get me there and now, to help my clients get there as well!

How to Heal, Point #4: Linda reflects on feedback she’s received from those around her since she started embarking on her healing journey.
Linda has had several people give her feedback over the last couple of years complimenting her that she looks great and asking what she’s doing. People assume it’s as simple as taking a pill. When she tells them she’s up every morning watching the sunrise and watching what she puts into her body, usually people lose interest at that stage. People don’t want to take that much effort to heal. If people aren’t willing to make changes, keep in mind that it still creates a positive impact on your community. It’s a hugely positive asset to any community when there’s one taking control over their health and wellbeing. This also plants a seed in someone’s head, everyone's on their own time when it comes to healing.
There is no right way to health, there are so many avenues and variables. Linda is a living example of someone who cares about their health on all levels, and there's a transition happening as she does reach her elderly years but still maintains her health. We can grow old while staying young, not that we have to always maintain the health of a 20-year-old but there’s no reason as to why you can’t take care of yourself. Stay vibrant, and prioritize your health as you grow old. Our culture isn’t portraying this, people are getting sick at younger and younger ages.
